Testimonials
Here is a snippet of the feedback we hear from our wonderful passengers.
This is a really handy service! When I called, the lady I spoke with was so friendly and nice. Very good customer service. Rides are always safe and on time (actually a little early). Their drivers are very nice, and professional. The only thing is that you have to call 72 hours in advance to schedule a ride, which can sometimes be hard to do, but I understand their reasoning, having to plan and schedule. I would recommend this service to anyone!
I depend on rtec every week and they are amazing. I don't know what I would do without them. My daughter is in a wheelchair and I have heart problems and am unable to transport my daughter. They take care of it every time. Thank you!!!
It is so wonderful to be able to know there is transportation available for you if you need it. I've used this service a few times now and it has always been a pleasant experience. The drivers I've met, Gene and David, are both so kind and considerate! I am very grateful for this service!
